These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cDoc, a SaaS automation platform owned and operated by Guntur Global Media ("cDoc", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
cDoc operates primarily through the domain https://gunturglobalmedia.com and includes multiple product variants, including but not limited to HAX, HMX, PAX, HAQ, and HMQ (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We focus on delivering clear, structured, and scalable automation systems that help organizations transition from fragmented, manual workflows into transparent, automated, and growth-ready operations.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old, and
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Subscription and Payment
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Lemon Squeezy or other authorized payment providers.
Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining valid and accurate payment information.
Non-Refundable
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or subscription plans with at least 30 days' prior notice.
Scope of Service and Automation Framework
4.1 Product Variants and Intended Use
cDoc provides automation services through specific product variants, including:
HAX
HubSpot → Asana → Xero automation
HMX
HubSpot → Monday.com → Xero automation
Each variant is purpose-built to automate structured workflows across CRM, project management, and accounting platforms. The Service is not intended to function as a general-purpose workflow or scripting engine.
4.2 Core Automation Framework
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that it operates within the following five (5) Core Automations, forming the supported end-to-end deal lifecycle:
Automation 1: Deal Accepted → Draft Invoice
When a deal reaches a predefined acceptance stage in the CRM, a draft invoice is generated in the connected accounting platform.
Automation 2: Deal Won → Project Creation
When a deal is marked as Closed Won, a project is created in the connected project management platform.
Automation 3: Invoice Paid → Deal Update
When an invoice is marked as Paid, payment details are recorded in the CRM deal.
Automation 4: Milestone Completed → Partial Invoice & Timeline Update
When a defined project milestone is completed, a partial invoice may be generated based on project progress.
Automation 5: Project Completed → Final Close Loop
When a project is completed, a final invoice is generated if an outstanding balance remains.
4.3 Automation Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
- All automation actions are executed based on triggers and data provided by connected third-party platforms
- Automation outcomes depend on the accuracy, configuration, and availability of external systems
- cDoc does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or financial advisory services
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Lawful Use
Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes
Data Accuracy
Maintain accurate CRM, project, and financial data
Security
Secure your account credentials, API keys, and integration permissions
Authorization
Ensure you have the right to connect and automate third-party platforms
You must not:
Reverse Engineer
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Misuse
Use the Service outside its intended automation scope
Disruption
Disrupt or interfere with the Service or connected platforms
Integrations and Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
HubSpot
Asana
Monday.com
Pipedrive
You acknowledge that:
Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and policies
cDoc is not responsible for third-party downtime, API changes, or data inconsistencies
Automation performance depends on permissions and availability of external services
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Service—including software, automation logic, branding, and documentation—are owned exclusively by Guntur Global Media.
License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during an active subscription.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
cDoc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
cDoc shall not be responsible for automation errors caused by third-party data or systems
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service ends
- Automations and integrations may be disabled
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
