Deal Accepted → Draft Invoice
When a deal moves to "Contract Sent" in HubSpot, a draft invoice is automatically created in Xero with proper line items and due dates.
Flow Details:
Deal Won → Project Creation
When a deal is marked "Closed Won" in HubSpot, a project is automatically created in Asana (HAX) or Monday.com (HMX) with predefined templates and team assignments.

Invoice Paid → Deal Update
When an invoice is marked "Paid" in Xero, the corresponding deal in HubSpot is automatically updated with payment details, remaining balance, and timeline entry.

Milestone Completed → Partial Invoice + Timeline
When a milestone task is completed in Asana/Monday, a partial invoice is automatically created in Xero (if there's remaining balance), and the timeline is updated in HubSpot with progress details.

When a project is marked complete in Asana/Monday, a final invoice is created (if balance remains), the deal is marked as delivered in HubSpot, and follow-up workflows are triggered.

How many automations are included in each plan?
All plans include the complete 5 Core Automations running end-to-end without limits. These handle your entire deal lifecycle automatically. The only difference between plans is how many deals you can process monthly (50 in Basic, 300 in Pro, Unlimited in Enterprise).
What happens if I switch from HAX to HMX (or vice versa)?
You can switch variants anytime. Your existing automations will be paused, and new ones configured for the selected variant. Historical data remains accessible.
How are errors handled in the automation flows?
cDoc includes comprehensive error handling with retry logic, failure notifications (email/Slack), and detailed logs in the Activity Dashboard.
Is there a limit to the number of automations I can run?
The 5 core automations are unlimited on all plans. Plans have limits based on your subscription tier (Basic: 50 Deals, Pro: 300 Deals, Enterprise: Unlimited Deals).
What counts as a "Deal" in cDoc?
One Deal = One complete end-to-end automation cycle including:
